The site itself consists of 5 pages. In terms of style the site has a very simple and clean look.

Boom Street
Boomstreet.com is daily deals website. My role on this project was to design a landing page aimed at the over 50s. The purpose of the landing page was to get to people to sign up for daily deals. Lilly Forbes MakeUp
Lillyforbes.com is a simple 3 page website design highlighting the works of makeup artisit Lilly Forbes.
The colour scheme of the site is quite dark, black is the main colour with a richly coloured pattern teamed with hint of teal.
On the home page I used 4 striking images to highlight the main four areas Lilly works in: bridal, theatre, fashion and special fx.
The site incorportaes JQUERY functionality, an easily updatable gallery and a contact form with anit-spam protection.

MHMR Logo
My health, My records is an initiative to educate people in the UK on the benefits of accessing their health records and is an part of the patients know best brand (patientsknowbest.org). The brief for the logo was to use the PKB brand as a style guide as well as making it striking, bold and easy to remember, which I feel was achieved. The cross repersent the medical aspects with the 'i' repersenting information, and the importance of being able to access it. While this logo was not used it was well received on sites such as logopond, etc.
Heartsrevolution
This Poster was a design for New York based dance-punk band heartsrevolution when they played in Dublin last year. The poster itself is a very simple one, it basically consists of a selection of heartsrevolution images with a bokeh overlay. The bokeh was created in photoshop and unlike most bokehs I made it so that the 'out of focus light' is heart shaped!
Anne Hutton Makeup
Anne, a makeup artist specialising in fashion and bridal makeup artistry approched me looking to get a website designed . The main requirement was that it be simple, clean and easy to use - which is what I focused on.
As for the functionality, the php based gallery has an admin section which allows the user to add, delete and edit photos and galleries. The gallery also incorporates JQUERY effects.

My role on this site was to design web banners & product display boxes to highlight product ranges throught the entire site.
I used a collage of images of the products alongside bright, vibrant stock images and clear call to action buttons to create striking displays

Induna - Logo Design
Induna.com is a website which sells dvds specialising in bollywood blockbusters as well as rare and obscure movies from as far back as the 1930's! The idea for the logo redesign was to combine indunas love of film with its main source of sales- indian movies! Photoshop and Corel Draw were the tools involved in this design

Baby Software Compare
Baby software comparison is a a one page website dedicated to comparing educational software available for babies and young toddlers. I provided the psd design for the site which includes an easy to read comparison chart as well as an illustration and some stock imagery to break up the content.

The Last Days Of Magic
The last days off magic was a one off charity event held by staff of hmv, grafton street in an effort to raise money for clic sergent cancer foundation in our ladys childrens hospital in crumlin. As the prupose of the fundraiser was to raise money for a childrens charity I decided to keep the poster quiet playfull. And to achieve this I used the concept of a ballons (an 'up' style hot air balloon) and kept the colours simple and bright. The poster also explores cmyk blending modes and was created in Adobe Photoshop CS3.
Passive House Builders
Passive house builders is the sister site of galwaybuilders.net, a galway based construction company specialising in energy efficient housing.
When creating this site I to used a drop down xml flash menu to simplifiy the navigation. Striking images on the header of each page as to highlight the content of that page.

The Baggot Inn
This poster was designed for a summer sol promotion which the baggot inn were running. The brief was to keep it bright and summery. The poster uses lots of bright colours as well as some lighting effects and is clear, crisp and to the point. Software used was Photoshop and Illustrator.
